Friends and supporters of The African Oyster Trust are warmly invited to join us at the 2020 Annual General Meeting on Sunday 13th September at 3pm.
With the Covid-19 restrictions still in place, this year’s AGM will be a little different. While we would naturally prefer to meet in the usual way, for the safety all our plan is to meet online via Zoom. The session will start at 3pm and last no more than 40 minutes. Attendees will be provided with clear joining instructions beforehand, and emailed two presentations (Kira’s overview of the Trust’s work in Gambia during 2019-20, and Steve’s presentation of accounts for period ending 31.12.19) to allow them to prepare any questions and comments. Please email [email protected] if you could like to confirm a place at this year’s AGM.
