A new book about the African Oyster Trust is now available to read online. Happy! Happy! Happy! charts the founding of the African Oyster Trust, the people involved and the projects they support. Author Dee Bixley wrote the book as she made her first visit to The Gambia, following the generous donation made by herself and husband Mel to secure the purchase of a new ambulance for Jappineh.
